Sir Richard Taylor -
Five time Oscar and four time Bafta winner, Sir Richard Taylor, is a founding partner of Weta Workshop. With over twenty years experience in the film industry, Richard has created a facility that operates at the cutting edge of the film and television industry.

Tania Rodger -
Also a founding partner of Weta Workshop, Tania brings creativity, artistry and professionalism to every project she undertakes and is passionate about creating the best quality children’s television possible.

Martin Baynton -
Martin Baynton has an international reputation as a respected and successful writer and illustrator of over 30 published children’s books, including: the Jane and the Dragon, and the Fifty the Tractor series. He has worked for the stage, radio, TV and film as a producer, director, screenwriter, script editor and literacy lecturer and motivator.

Andrew Smith -
Andrew is the Chief Executive of Pukeko Pictures and is a producer of their successful pre-schooler property the WotWots. Andrew was the supervising producer for Weta Workshop’s hit series Jane and the Dragon, which is now controlled by Pukeko. Previously Andrew was the Commercial Manager for Weta Workshop Ltd, and its affiliated merchandising company Weta Ltd. Joining Weta in 1998, Andrew has been the accountant for all of Weta Workshop's major projects including The Lord of the Rings, Master and Commander, Last Samurai, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and King Kong. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in New Zealand.

Adam Fratto -
Adam Fratto is Executive Vice-President of Development, based in Los Angeles, California. An experienced producer and executive, Adam has worked closely with many Hollywood networks and studios, including HBO, ABC, NBC, TNT, E1, Fox TV studios, and Lionsgate. He has served as producer on a number of TV series, including THE DEAD ZONE, GREEK, and HAVEN, which is currently airing on more than 100 channels around the world.

Theo Baynton -
Theo Baynton has had a diverse career as a Writer, Storyboard Artist, Designer, Animator, Art Director and Director on films and animated television series. Theo joined Weta Workshop as the Production Designer for Jane and the Dragon, before moving on to direct 76 episodes of Pukeko Picture’s television series, The WotWots. As Head of Creative Development – Children’s Entertainment, Theo is working to bring Pukeko Picture’s new line of children’s properties to the screen.

Susan Carlton -
Susan Carlton is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Pukeko Pictures. A 25-year international veteran of the media business, Susan has most recently served as Senior Vice-President, New Media for Universal Music Group USA and as Marketing Director for Yahoo! New Zealand. Bridging the business development and marketing disciplines, Susan is passionate about creating successful new businesses with a consumer-focused advocacy.

Christine Healy -
Christine is the Office Manager at Pukeko Pictures, and has extensive experience providing support to senior management. Christine has a background in arts/events administration, and has worked in a variety of creative environments, including the Sydney Opera House.
