Sir Richard Taylor - Company Director
Five time Oscar and four time Bafta winner, Sir Richard Taylor, is a founding partner of Weta Workshop. With over twenty years experience in the film industry, Richard has created a facility that operates at the cutting edge of the film and television industry.
 
Tania Rodger - Company Director
Also a founding partner of Weta Workshop, Tania brings creativity, artistry and professionalism to every project she undertakes and is passionate about creating the best quality children’s television possible.
 
Paul Reid - Company Director / Chairman
Paul joined Pukeko Pictures as an Independent Director in June 2014 and now is our Chairman. He has extensive business and governance experience and held Directorships, CEO, COO and GM roles across a diverse set of industries. Paul is also currently CEO/Shareholder of figured.com, Independent Director Software Education Limited and Advisory Board Member VX Sports Limited. Prior to these roles he was Chairman Localist Limited, Independent Director Maven International, Director Converga Limited, Director Datacom Group, COO New Zealand Post Limited and CEO of the NZ Meteorological Service.
 
Craig Styris - Company Director
Craig is a Director of Pukeko Pictures and an Investment Director at Pioneer Capital, a growth equity investor in New Zealand businesses expanding in large international markets, and is responsible for helping to source and manage investments for Pioneer Capital. Craig is also a Director of Moa Group, K9 Natural and SNS Investments Ltd (aka Pet Doctors Group). Prior to joining Pioneer Capital, Craig was an Associate Director at Craigs Investment Partners (then ABN AMRO Craigs) and an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank, in its Los Angeles head office. Craig has a Graduate Diploma in Finance and a Bachelor of Management Studies (Accounting and Economics). Craig also completed a year of undergraduate studies at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
 
Clive Spink - Chief Executive
Clive is the Chief Executive of Pukeko Pictures having taken this position after a year as Pukeko’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Pukeko Pictures his most recent roles were in the IT and telecommunications industries where he led the commercial team responsible for all of Vodafone New Zealand’s Enterprise customers. He was also the Finance Director for Unisys New Zealand and also had time running their Australian commercial team. Clive’s broadcasting and production experience stems from time at Television New Zealand working for their local production company Kotuku Productions which produced iconic New Zealand brands including Fair Go, Country Calendar, Crimewatchand Holiday. Following this Clive was the Commercial Manager at TVNZ’s TV One. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in New Zealand.
 
Angela Littlejohn - Head of Production
Angela is the Head of Production and has 15 years experience working in the UK film and television industry. During her last 6 years there, she was Drama Production Executive at Channel 4 and Film 4. Films made during her tenure included TRAINSPOTTING, SECRETS & LIES, BRASSED OFF, WELCOME TO SAREJEVO and Ken Loach’s CARLA'S SONG. TV Drama included QUEER AS FOLK, ANNA KARENINA, SWORD OF HONOUR, LONGITUDE and SHACKELTON. Since returning to NZ in 2000, she has produced feature films SHOW OF HANDS, APRON STRINGS and SEPARATION CITY. She co-produced Channel 4’s BAFTA winning NOT ONLY BUT ALWAYS and most recently line produced tele-features TANGIWAI, RAGE, FIELD PUNISHMENT and the drama series HARRY. Prior to joining Pukeko Pictures she had just completed principal photography on the See-Saw co-production SLOW WEST starring Michael Fassbender, Kodi Smit-McPhee and Ben Mendelsohn.
 
Martin Baynton - Company Director / Chief Creative Officer
Martin Baynton has an international reputation as a respected and successful writer and illustrator of over 30 published children’s books, including: the Jane and the Dragon, and the Fifty the Tractor series. He has worked for the stage, radio, TV and film as a producer, director, screenwriter, script editor and literacy lecturer and motivator.
 
Adam Fratto - Executive Vice President Drama Development
Adam Fratto is Executive Vice-President of Development, based in Los Angeles, California. An experienced producer and executive, Adam has worked closely with many Hollywood networks and studios, including HBO, ABC, NBC, TNT, E1, Fox TV studios, and Lionsgate. He has served as producer on a number of TV series, including THE DEAD ZONE, GREEK, and HAVEN, which is currently airing on more than 100 channels around the world.
 
Maggie Lane - Development Coordinator
Maggie Lane is the Development Coordinator for Pukeko Pictures, based in Los Angeles. With over 5 years of experience in the television industry, Maggie has worked for such companies as The Jim Henson Company, Warner Bros. and Fox. She is an alumna of Columbia University in the City of New York.
 
Alison Heath - Chief Brands Officer
Alison is the Chief Brands Officer and has 10 years international experience working in brand marking and licensing in the media industry. She was a founding member of LaDolceMar, a specialist consultancy for arts, media and fashion, working on key projects with Comedy Central, ITV and FremantleMedia. Most recently Alison was working at Fremantle Media, London building the licensing programme in Kids & Family Entertainment for brands such as Tree Fu Tom, Monsuno and on some of the world’s largest television franchises – The X Factor, Got Talent and Idols.
 
Nick Cleverley - Finance Manager
Nick is the Finance Manager of Pukeko Pictures and for the last 8 years, Nick has been the Finance Manager for Weta Workshop. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the New Zealand Institute Chartered Accountants.
 
Christine Healy - Office Manager
Christine is the Office Manager at Pukeko Pictures, and has extensive experience providing support to senior management. Christine has a background in arts/events administration, and has worked in a variety of creative environments, including the Sydney Opera House.
